Go to a Food Warehouse or Food Club to purchase your large quantities like Sam’s Club, Gordon Foods, or other places. You can often sign up for an account and they can give you discounts for large quantity purchases. If you are a not-for-profit organization, you can maybe get special discounts or other deals. Call ahead to make sure they have everything you need or in case you need to pre-order.

Ingredients That You Will Need:
4 C. flour
2 C. Corn Flakes, crushed
4 T. Paprika
4 T. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1 T. MSG
1 T. Salt
1 t. Ground Pepper
large mixing bowl
large air-tight container, if storing
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, crushed Corn Flakes, paprika, Seasoned Salt, MSG, Salt, and Ground Pepper. Mix well.
Use as a coating for chicken pieces. Bake chicken pieces on large cookie sheets at 350 degrees for at least 1 hour.
NOTE: FOUR times this recipe coats 3 cases of Gordon Food chicken pieces.
